If your selling item(s) does not meet our Book Acceptance Guidelines, the book-buyer will notify you via email and update the “Your adjusted deals” details page.
You will be given 3 business days from the date of the adjustment email to request that your item(s) be returned to you. If the book-buyer doesn’t hear from you within 3 business days, your item(s) will become ineligible for a return and will be recycled.
For the return request, the shipping costs will be charged at your expense. After the shipping costs are paid the book will be shipped back to you within 7 business days.
